Encompass does great work with young people around the world, building bridges, understanding and hope for generations to come. It arose as a response to the death of a young English guy, Daniel Braden, in the Bali bombings in 2002.  Rather than chase revenge, or wallow in pity, Dan's family set up a trust which now brings together young Muslims and Christians, Palestinians and Israelis ... people who would never otherwise have the chance to meet, let alone understand those on the other side of the fence.  Please take a moment to visit the Encompass website and be inspired!

As you do that, please consider making a gift to this wonderful organisation by supporting Lyn and Laurie as they aim to reach the heights of Snowdon, without resorting to the cute little train they used last time.  Although we both enjoy walking, there aren't that many hills around Twickenham, and we're not quite sure how our legs are likely to cope with a 5 hour climb.  Your support will definitely help ease the inevitable pain!
