Thankyou for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I ask for your help in supporting me once again.  

My Brother John (Beanzy) lost his brave fight to Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at age 22 .  We are approaching his 20 year anniversary so I thought this would be the perfect time to really challenge myself mentally and physically with a 26 mile run (my first, and most likely last full marathon) to raise some well needed funds for local charity Leukemia & Lymphoma NI.  After recently taking up running, I have realised how difficult it really is but when I think of what John went through, it puts this 26 mile run into perspective. I will never forget that beautiful big smile of his.  He was an inspiration not only to me but many others and was often called upon to speak with  the newly diagnosed on his ward.  I couldn't be more proud of him and the person he was so I  am fundraising  to remember John and support all the victims & their families affected by blood cancers!
