We're getting old, 40 years each this summer.  So, in an attempt to prove we're not past it, we're covering almost 20 miles between us on Sunday 11th in the New Forest.

Training hasn't been so good, the planned increases in distance only starting a couple of weeks ago when September began to approach.... still it's all about the finishers medal so just got to get to the end!

We're hoping to raise money for 21&co our local support group for children with Down's syndrome.  They have provided us with so much support over the last 3 and a half years and will continue to as Daniel grows up.  He attends their weekly speech and language classes, in fact he's currently on the website driving a green car with his friend Santi!

We'd like to give just a little back to ensure that the valuable work continues and that the support is there for other families.  

Daniel starts nursery this month and is very excited.   Not sure they will feel the same when they find that all their toys have been launched over the fence.  It's been a long summer....
