Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We endured torrential rain several times including hail and a thunderstorm on reaching Southampton. We were met by other
bikers in Cornwall who escorted us up to Devon where we were greeted by a cream tea and a bottle of local cider. (we took this home to drink ). The ride remained dry until after leaving Wiltshire when rain and heavy spray from the road made awful conditions. The ride was 580 miles in total from Bromley to Chertsey, but for each rider they would have done more to get home. For me it was 633 miles which does not include getting to Bromley. Because of the weather conditions the ride took longer 21 hours in total.

Despite all of this I’m sure my fellow riders would join me again. I will consider doing the ride again next year.

All the money raised help children who have no future to have endless possibilities. Lifelites provide equipment to help these children communicate and to have some fun.
