Story

We are holding a swimathon between 9pm 26th Nov and 9am 27th Nov at the Ashdown Park Hotel, Forest Row. We are trying to swim to Kenya (4500 miles in total) but counting two lengths of the 12 metre pool as one mile.

Why are we doing it? We are trying to raise as much as we can towards the £30,000 we need to build a safe house for street boys we feed in Meru, Kenya. They have nobody to help them and they are succumbing to the ravages of glue sniffing and beatings from unscrupulous people, while still on the streets. They just want to be loved and cared for and SAFE!

I will be part of a team - the reprobates - and would value your encouragement! Please would you consider sponsoring us. We will swimming for only one hour. I estimate we will swim no further than 50 miles as a team in that hour. (max 6 in the team)

Please help us by sponsoring us in our efforts.

On behalf of the children.....thank you!

PS......It was a great turn out and we had a greata time. Overall we managed to swim 3300 equivalent miles. So please keep sponsoring!!!!   Thankyou

This is a charity that assists street children in Kenya by giving them either a safe house in which to live or in Foster Care (whichever is appropriate).
