Along with my my two good friends, Stacey and Dee, I will be taking part in the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge on May 14th. The journey begins at Snowdon at 12 o'clock on Saturday and we're hoping to complete all three by early Sunday morning - I think it may be a tough one..!

I'm hoping to raise money for Touch Trust, a fantastic Cardiff based charity, that provides creative touch based art, movement and dance programmes for individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and other vulnerable groups within the community. Here's Morgan' story, an inspiring and very special young man; he's one of the many that benefit from The Touch Trust charity. 

My name is Morgan Rhys Owen and I am nearly three years old. I was born with a condition known as 5P- Chri du Chat, a genetic condition which indicates I will follow a different life path from the norm. Every morning I wake up with a smile on my face and a genuine zest for play and enjoyment. I enjoy music and all forms of dance and movement. Once a month I go to Touch Trust, which has its headquarters in the Millenium Centre in Cardiff, for a therapy session which is specifically designed by the staff to help me with my communication skills and social experiences. It is also an excellent opportunity for me to get rid of some tension and off load excess energy. Every pound raised to support this wonderful organization will be spent wisely as it offers me and my young friends an invaluable opportunity to develop and enjoy. Touch Trust is a wonderful and happy place displaying much love and understanding.
