So it's time for the annual Bobby Barnard Charity Cup and as most of you will know was started in Memory of my Brother Luke and Sister In Law Sarah's lil Angel Bobby and after last years amazing success I have everything in place for another Great Family Day.
This year we are supporting another Charity close to mine, my families and I'm sure many, many more hearts in Samaritans.
As some people may know my Step Dad of 18 years Keith tragically died after taking his own life in 2010 less than a month after my first born son Leo was born.
Keith was an amazing man and did so much for me and my Brother and I just wish we knew how he felt and what problems he thought he had.
Anyone out there that ever feels down or alone please don't! There's always your friends and Family but if you don't think you can go to them for whatever reason just pick up the phone 24 hours a day to The Samaritans and you'll find a friendly voice willing to just listen.
I'm sure there's many Families that wish their loved one would have done just that but unfortunately it's too late.
Depression is an illness that most people don't understand and that needs to change.
Any donations are much appreciated by myself and more importantly, Samaritans who do a fantastic job.
