Hey there supporters! 

I would really apprciate it if you could sponsor me for my double Duathlon in Portsmouth I am doing this April and May.

The ones I am doing from the link above are the second and third Duathlons. First is: 7.5km Run, 18.5km bike, and 5k run. The Last one is 10km run, 24km bike, finishing off with 5k run. 

Why am I crazy loco doing a double Duathlon you ask? Well the reason I am doing this is to raise some of your hard earned cash for Harbour Cancer support! They  because they helped me immensely when I was diagnosed with 2 cancers. 

Harbour Cancer Support based in Gosport, Hampshire, provides a free counselling service to anyone affected by cancer. They helped me to cope with the physical and mental difficulties of having cancer.  For more information please visit: http://www.harbourcancer.org.uk/
