Last year they were able to support 1 in 4 of the requests they received and with the removal of many systems of support from legal aid and the cuts being made to Disability Living Allowance the number of people needing help is only going to rise. If you are in a position to help in any way possible please do. 

You will not only be helping the people that use the service but you will be helping me. I am hoping to retire from the Marathon and with your help I can do it. You will also not receive any more emails from me asking for donations. So longer term it really is a win win situation for you.

I'd love to write more but I need to put my tights, trainers and gloves on and step out into the frost for a long run.
