Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am doing the walk because my Grandpa had a heart attack and Heart and Souls helped him recover.

We raise money to fund the vital exercise sessions that are central to the cardiac rehabilitation programme in Buckinghamshire. We pay for the exercise sessions, equipment and specialist trainers so that people recovering from heart surgery and cardiac events can get back to normal.
