I am doing a charity abseil for The ExtraCare Charitable Trust. I am PETRIFIED of heights, I must be mad agreeing to abseil down a 9 story building in Coventry.... BUT this is a great opportunity to help people. (And hopefully get over a few fears)

The money will be spent at the Coventry locations, helping towards events, gardening tools/projects and much more to help the residents who live in the ExtraCare complexes.
