I am going to do a 5k swimathon on Sunday 21st April to raise funds to provide additional equipment and facilities for patients and staff at Danetre Community Hospital that cannot be provided by the NHS.

The dedication, commitment and warmth of the staff made a huge difference to the quality of my grandmother's life in the weeks before her death. They also went above and beyond in the additional support they offered our family and we are extremely grateful.

Large national charities run many fundraising events but sometimes these smaller charities which are equally important get forgotten. Please help me to help others receive the same level of outstanding care in their last weeks.
