In 2009 a special little lady came into this world enhanced with a little extra chromosome. Cerys was born with Down Syndrome. Over the last 7 years Cerys has shown us that nothing is impossible you just have to believe and Follow your Dreams! Each year i set myself a fundraising challenge and this year I've decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon again!  I would love you to support me and raise as much money as possible for such a fantastic supportive charity that helps us so much.
