Lisa...running? Yes, I know - hard to believe. However, I am doing just that at the end of this month. 

Those of you who went to school with me know that I was the one at the back of the running track being shouted at by the PE teacher. I want to prove to myself, and that teacher that I can actually run for more than 5 yards without having to stop.

If you are local, please feel free to come and shout at me on the day - I'll need all the encouragement I can get.

I know that everyone is asking for money these days and that charity begins at home. If you can donate even a pound, that would be fantastic!
