Story

Every week Amys House gives special needs children in the Sheffield area a chance to play, laugh and learn in a fun and friendly environment. Giving families a chance to share experiences and have a bit of a rest. This place is reliant on the generosity of people to enable it to continue to run and provide much needed support.

Amys House was set up by Maurice and Meriel Littlewood when they realised there was a lack of such a facility when their grandaughter, Amy contracted Menigitus and their other grandaughter Molly who was severely disabled could not access any support through this very difficult period. Sadly Amy passed away and in her memory Amys house was set up and was used on a regular basis by her sister and others who so needed this service. I cannot stress how important and valuable any contribution you can make to help. Please please please help me raise some funds for this worthwhile facility.
