Hello everyone, 

I am off to the Thai / Burma border for the 3rd time. The training has now developed into a 13-week Level 1 and a 9-week Level 2 programme with so many voluteers doctors, nurses and donors contributing to make it a success.  HOPE is making a real difference to the lives of the Karen & Shan peoples who are hiding in the jungle from the atrocities of the illegal Military Junta.
