In August I will be putting on a wetsuit (which is a challenge in itself) and swimming a mile in Loch Lomond. 

My lovely friend Pauline works hard during the day as a fabulous school teacher and has set up a charity in memory of her beautiful daughter, Jenna who sadly took her own life. The charity works very hard to support families in need by providing counselling, play/music therapy and support. Please help in any way you can, thanks.
