We fund experts and organisations working to release captive orca (killer whales)

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Orcas were captured and ripped from their ocean homes to be confined to tanks for the amusement of visitors and tourists and to line the pockets of seaworld. This is an inhumane and disgusting operation. There are so so many reasons why this needs to be stopped. It makes me feel embarrassed and ashamed to be a member of this 'human' race. There is so much being done and much more to do in terms of fundraising and support for the research, education and rescues planned.

Please watch 'Blackfish' and educate yourselves. This is a travesty of the greatest proportions. Killer whales are one of the animal kingdom's most intelligent creatures. They have highly developed emotions and behaviours. Seaworld has violated the animal welfare act numerous times and continues to spread it's lies and misinformation to the public. Please inform yourselves and please spare anything you can to help. X

Orca are meant to be swimming freely in the oceans, not going insane inside concrete tanks in places like SeaWorld. Some of them have shown such aggression and captive frustration that it's resulted in the deaths of their trainers. We will support the specialists to return them to freedom.
