In March 2014, my beloved husband Justin died suddenly, aged just 46. You can read his obituary in The Guardian here:http://bit.ly/JustinsObituary. In order to create something positive out of this tragic situation, we are setting up a Fund in his memory. The Fund will be managed by the Avon Wildlife Trust, where Justin had worked, and will offer bursaries for budding ecologists, and fun fungi courses for youngsters. This will go some way to continuing Justin's legacy of love for the natural environment.

This page is linked to an In Memory page for Justin, so that we can continue to grow the Fund over time. Family and friends have done great work in raising money from events including the Bristol 10k and half-iron man already, and further fundraising events will be planned.

Anything you can donate to the Fund will add to a growing pot of money to support developing knowledge and protection of our natural environment. Thank you very much.
