Over the past two years I have taken place in the Martha Trust car challenges and have been able to see how much of a difference our fundraising can make to charity.

This year I am hoping to drive to Rome in 3 days in a car costing less than £200 (which is some effort!). That's over 1,100 miles in an old banger!!

The Martha Trust is a great charity that supports people withprofound disabilities in Kent and Sussex. I think their philosophy of trying to make the very best out of life regardless of your challenges or disabilities is a great one and one that I try to live by myself so helping those less fortunate than ourselves to do just that resonates with me.
