We support children and young people to postively change their mental health

Story

Siobhan Kos

I like to think of myself as a bit of an adrenaline junkie but have never really pushed myself. I was apprehensive when the opportunity arose to do a skydive for CHUMS however ever since we appointed them as our charity of the year, I was keen to get to get involved in fundraising. I figured this challenge will push me in ways I have never before experienced.

I have been blessed with a close, tight knit family and realise how lucky I am when I see what some young people have been through. This jump is nothing if it means I can help improve the mental health and emotional well being of children in Luton.

Sian Murray

I always enjoy taking on a challenge and testing my boundaries. This is something that will not only test me, but will raise money and awareness for a local charity in Luton.

I admire the hard work CHUMs does to help support children and young people. As someone myself who recently lost a family member that left behind two children ,I fully understand and appreciate just how important the help, support and comfort that CHUMS can provide when such sad events occur.

It is essential that more people are made aware of the work and the support that CHUMS can provide, and if my small act can bring some very much needed attention and put the spotlight firmly on the great work that CHUMS does, then all the better .

Ranga Nasho

I've always enjoyed pushing myself from a young age and my upcoming challenge of jumping out of a plane couldn't be more terrifying, exciting but yet heartwarming.

Losing my parents, two brothers, my little cousin as well as other close relatives has been a huge burden to my life. Therefore I have decided to partner with CHUMS along with Luton Town Football Club in order to raise money for children currently going through a similar emotional roller coaster.
