Please don't think I am being ungrateful but I am asking for donations to Newbury and District Cancer Care instead of 50th birthday presents as they supported us through my brother Mike's illness. Staying with him in The Rainbow Rooms through his last days meant we were able to be by his side right to the end. That meant so much to us and makes you realise material things mean nothing compared to loosing a loved one.

Mike was only 49 when he died so never got to celebrate his 50th. Your donations will be the best gift I could ask for and will help the Charity keep providing support to families like us.

It really doesn't matter how small the amount is , every little helps.
