Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are raising money to help the street dogs of India. There are 100,000's of homeless dogs in India. Everywhere you look they are there. Some poor Mums with puppies, some older dogs with awful skin ailments, some with very bad wounds from car accidents, or sometimes fights with each other for food. Their lives are very hard. There is no shelter from the incredible heat or horrendous rain storms. They have very little or no food and water and no-one really to care for them when they are hurt and injured. However there is a charity that supports these dogs and it is PETA India, and that is why we have agreed to raise money for them. They will be able to provide medical attention and food, and also possibly neuter some to prevent more dogs being born into this sad life.

For anyone who has a dog or pet of any kind and you know how much you care for them, please consider donating for these dogs so they can get some help and attention. Some local people do try their best to feed them but there are just so many, lots of them go unfed and don't get the care they need when hurt or ill.

We are doing a half marathon walk on September 24th, it's not that far or that much but we are just trying to do our bit and very grateful for any donations. Thank You.
