Hi All
I am running the London Marathon, my first ever, in support of the Natural History Museum. The opportunity presented itself and for someone who can barely run 5km, I thought why not.
My training plan is simple: stick to what you know (short crossfit WODs with heavy weights) and go for an occasional run here or there. Then take a long holiday before the event and you'll be fine.
Slightly nervous but worst case scenario, I will walk it. Hence, I set my time target at 5 hours 30mins. It would be great if you could sponsor me and I will keep you posted on my progress.
