A team from MAST are gearing up to tackle another fitness challenge - this time by taking part in this year’s Rough Runner challenge. It merges 5k-15k running and an obstacle course along the way. As the proud charity partner of Scottish Veterans Residences, any support you can give towards this event would be greatly appreciated.

SVR was established in 1910 to provide accommodation and support for ex-Service men and women of all ages who are homeless, isolated or in need. They have residences in Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow and aim to help as many veterans as possible who are in need for as long as that need is there.
