Story

Daniel was just 20 years of age when he suffered a cardiac arrest whilst at university in Manchester. Despite the best efforts of nurses and doctors at Manchester Royal Infirmary, we sadly lost Daniel on 21st February 2016.

A guy with many friends and loving family, his passing has affected us all. However he is already having a fantastic impact:

  • Daniel, unbeknownst to his family was an organ donor, and has donated five major organs to people in need right across the country.
  • So far, donations raised through his MemoryGiving page have gone to the Danny Ings Disability Sports Project, managed by Burnley FC In The Community. They are looking to start a disabled wheelchair football team so your donations are being put to great use in providing greater opportunities to those with disabilities.

A huge thank you from Daniel, his family and myself for your generous donations to a fantastic cause.
