Campaign by Habitat for Humanity GB (RCN 1043641)
A collaborative campaign, supported by HBF, which aims to give those living in poverty housing a safe, decent place to call home and demonstrate an industry wide social responsibility commitment.

Story

6 members of the Scotland & Divisional Team have been extremely lucky to have been chosen to represent Miller Homes in a Habitat for Humanity Global Village Trip to Salima, Malawi in September.

We will be traveling to Salima, Malawi in September along with 10 members of staff from our other regions to get our hands dirty and help to build much needed new homes for orphans and vulnerable children.

We recognise the importance for all families, no matter where they are in the world, of having a place to feel safe, secure and to build a future. We hope the money raised by Miller Homes will be enough to build over 30 new 'Habitat Homes' and make a real difference to vulnerable families stuck in the cycle of poverty housing.

This will be a very humbling challenge for all of us and we would very much welcome your support in raising as much money as possible for this extremely worthy cause.

Many thanks,
Gus Fergusson, Lynsey Brown, Kerry Marshall, Paul Doran, Roddy McCall and Gareth Watt
