We find families for abandoned children to prevent them becoming orphans for life

Story

We are a team of 9 slightly mad MS Amlin staff from the Bermuda, London and Zurich offices. This weekend we are boldly taking on the challenge - Tough Mudder in Ottinger Forest, Southern Germany.  This event is, as the name implies, a muddy 20km cross country run  with over 20 obstacles including the 'arctic enema' plunging into 20 tonnes of ice followed by  electric shock therapy.

Our motivation to break the pain barrier is to support Child's i Foundation. There are thousands of children languishing in orphanages and by us supporting this charity we can change their fate and ensure they grow up (like us) in a loving family. For every £5 you donate to us you will give  an abandoned baby a safe night's sleep with a foster carer until they are found a permanent family.

Any support you can give will be very much appreciated and make a world of difference.

Many thanks,

James, Grégoire, Andrew, Ben, Andrea, Christelle, Tom, Catherine, Sarah, Steve

Child’s i Foundation believes children should grow up in families, not orphanages. We've proved it's possible to find families for abandoned children instead of placing them into long-term care in Uganda. Now we want to change the lives of other children around the world.
