Yes, it’s time for another mid-life crisis!

Starting on 31 Aug 16 I will be cycling from London to Nice; a distance of over 1200 miles during a 2-week period.

It seemed like a good idea at the time as someone told me it was downhill the whole way :-)

I am funding the entire trip myself but would love it if you  could help me collect some money for a great charity along the way. This is the Beds and Northants Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre. They are a self funded charity that does fantastic things for a large number of people without any support from the Government or NHS. See their website here:
