I started Cosy Sofa to 5K with Ballymena Runners in 2014 and I have been running ever since . I have taken part In the Belfast marathon  relay teams the past 2 years and this  year I have decided to challenge myself even further and run the full 26.2 miles for my sister's charity Bravehearts NI
