We support survivors of sexual violence to help women, girls and families cope

Story

I ran 5k in Shetland last month and nearly spewed twice it was absolutely horrendous and It took me way longer then I'd like to admit. In the past I have only ran for food and in the rare occasion I thought about being this inspirational running person I've wanted to die 3 minutes in. So what better way then running 10k with no training 👍 This charity is truly amazing and I know it's very specific to Glasgow but what they do is so important. Providing support to not only women who've experienced sexual violence/ assault but also support for their partners and families. It's a charity that's very near and dear to my heart and I can't explain how appreciative I would be of any pennies at all you can spare. If you can't afford a penny now to donate do not fear there's more to come... Watch this space.

With government statistics showing that one in ten Scottish women experince rape, one in five have experienced someone trying to make them have sex against their will. 2% of Scottish men have experience rape and these are the people that charities like rape crisis are help and in many cases saving.

So please please please spare a penny for this beautiful charity. 😁🏅
