Hi and thank you for visiting my page!
Nearly 2 years ago i lost just over two stone in weight.. since being diagnosed with M.E and fibromyalgia ive now piled on 2 stone plus extra...i want to try and exercize again.. and try to feel normal and healthy on my good days.
This will be a very challenging time for me physically but im determined to give it my all... and keep the page open until i teach my target weightNow RACPA has always been a huge part of my life.... so i decided... why not try and shed the LBS and support my main charity at the same time? Extra motivation for me and more recognition and help for racpa.. i want to feel confident again and this way it would be a major kick up the bum for me to suceed for myself AND for racpa... so PLEASE dig deep and help me out? :)
I currently weigh...11st 7lbs (eek)
My target weight is atleast 10st
weekly weigh ins blogs & vlogs
I will be avoiding chocolate and crisps at all costs
Attempting to walk for at least 2 hours per day
No carbs for 2 days
protein the rest of the days
And laying off the cider 😮
