Well I'm doing it again, slightly further up the country than last year and I'm dragging Neal with me this time.

On Saturday 30th April, myself, my dodgy hips and a group of other crazy friends begin our 140 (ish) mile journey across from Whitehaven to Tynemouth.

Please help Neal and myself raise money for the Children's Heart Association - a North west based charity providing help and support for  children with congenital heart defects and their families.
