This is a charity founded by a lovely lady that decided that just feeling sorry for children in institutions in Bulgaria is not enough. 

She is doing everything possible to take them out of there and put them in loving foster families. Unfortunatrly that involves money. Lets make that an easier process. Lets help children without parental love feel special. Like every child deserves.
