In memory of John Graham-Martin
We Offer free Hospice care at Home to assist terminally ill patients & family.

Story

John Graham-Martin died aged 45 of a brain tumour. This funny, clever, warm hearted man displayed awesome courage and bravery throughout his illness and was an inspiration to all who knew him. We miss him every second, of every minute of every day and want to raise funds for causes that will help others, like him.

Shipston Home Nursing helped to look after John in the last few weeks of his life.  They care for terminally ill people in their homes run by a team of qualified nurses specialising in palliative care. They made John smile, and held me when I cried..they talked to Anna and made us tea! A true team of angels who helped us in our darkest days.  This is our thank you to them :)
