Story
Dear Friends,
My birthday wish this year is that you make a donation to The Women’s Trust instead of buying me cards and gifts.

Two women die every week as a result of domestic violence in the UK.
Domestic violence is physical, sexual, and psychological (emotionally) or financial violence that takes place within an intimate or family-type relationship. Some of these types of behaviour are obviously violent such as hitting others are more subtle such as constantly putting someone down. Sometimes a partner or close relative or person close to you such as a brother, uncle or son can behave in a way that is frightening or makes you feel depressed and bad about yourself.
Please help us to keep doing the vital work we do in order to help women who are experiencing domestic violence.
As a small charity we appreciate every bit of help you may be able to afford us. Whether it be by volunteering at our offices, donations or holding an event
