Story

I will be pedalling for 30 miles in aid of the Frank Haines Trust for its 2014 sponsored cycle ride, starting and ending at Holkham Hall.  Frank died in March 2006.  The charity set up in his memory supports youth work in Tower Hamlets. It provides a critical means of education and opportunity for young people.  It's a great little charity that ensures  enduring good comes from Frank's tragic death.

I'll be very, very grateful for all donations, which will keep my weary legs pushing on until we finally get to the Lord Nelson pub at Burnham Thorpe for a celebratory barbecue at the end of the ride.  Thank you, dearest friends and family - please be generous!
