Story

Dear friends, colleagues old and new
I have signed up for a new challenge which with your support, will help me raise funds for research into Gaucher's disease, a hereditary condition leaving sufferers prone to bone fragility, neurological & physical damage. The charity (Gauchers Association) is close to my heart as it helps raise research funds & provide support to sufferers such as my beautiful young niece Mia.

The challenge is to ride up Mont Ventoux in Provence, France, 3 times on the same day - 137 km with 4400 metres of climbing. If you have even a passing interest in professional cycling you’ll probably have heard of Mont Ventoux one of the most feared climbs on the Tour de France. Myself and some intrepid middle aged cycling buddies have set ourselves the challenge to complete the challenge on the 19th of May.

I am hoping to raise  1500.00 pounds  & I hope I can count on your support ( any amount will do) to help me achieve this significant goal.

On behalf of the staff and patients at Gaucher’s and Gaucher’s sufferer’s around the world I thank you in advance for any contribution you can make.
