We support homeless young people and women to help them reach their potential
Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have finally decided to take the plunge and attemept to run the 50 miles from Brecon to Cardiff in the Aspire Cardiff Ultra Marathon. The race takes place on Sunday the 20th May 2012 starting at the Brycheiniog Theatre in Brecon and finishing Sports Wales in Sophia Gardens, Cardiff. There are still places available should anyone wish to join me or have a laugh at my expense. It is a good excuse to run very slowly in a race. I have decided to run for Llamau who are a great charity that I have been involved with for several years, and have seen myself the great work they do, and the inspiring stories of the people they help. Llamau is a homeless charity providing valuable services to young people and vulnerable women across South Wales. Please visit their website at http://www.llamau.org.uk/ for more information on their great work.

Imagine having nowhere to live? Where would you go? Who would help you? Today, in Wales, hundreds of young people and women are homeless, frightened and alone. Your donation will help Llamau continue to provide life changing support, and enable them to reach their potential.
