2.5 billion people are still without access to financial services, including 80% of adults in sub-saharan Africa. Five Talents is a brilliant microfinance charity providing innovative savings schemes, small loans and business training to the active poor which is headed up by local people who are experts themselves in overseas development. This is not about hand outs but about helping people to help themselves.

We want to give people dignity and see repeatedly the pride our clients take in repaying their loans and building small businesses that wouldn't be possible without our help.
