Off again around London but 4 years older and as people keep reminding me...over 50! As I grow older and watch my daughter grow up I realise even more just how important speech and fluency is to us all. The inability to speak, communicate, say what you think is in itself a crippling disability and one which if not addressed at a very early age progressively gets worse. The British Stammering Association has helped me enormously through my challenges and it is through their existence that I am who I am today. Invaluable work is done for all ages from pre-school through to employment discrimination. 

The British Stammering Association is a very worthy cause and as I will be the only runner fundraising for them this year any donations will be greatly appreciated.
