Story

I'm doing the St Albans Charity Cycle Ride on 15 May 2016 - the 30-mile course, but it will be at least 45 once I've got to and from the route.

This is mainly for fun and exercise, but it would be great to raise a few pounds for these charities along the way.  100% of donations go to charity.

Macmillan Nurses, supporting cancer patients and their families.

Medical Detection Dogs, to detect cancer and other diseases early.

The Daylight Club, supporting disabled people in the St Albans district.

I'm doing the 30-mile ride but it will be at least 45 including getting to and from the course...
