Story
In my 50th year (mid life crisis?), I decided to set myself a few tough challenges and along the way raise some awareness and money for a great children's charity called Brainwave.
Brainwave exists to help children with a range of conditions including autism, brain injuries such as cerebral palsy and genetic conditions such as Down's Syndrome to achieve improved development and independence through individual, physical and educational therapy programmes.
Over the summer, I successfully completed the 10K run in Petworth and the South Downs marathon relay and next up is the 4 Peaks in the Lake District over 2 days this weekend (Scafell Pike, Scafell, Helvellyn, Skiddaw) and then in a few months time the Royal Marine 17K Commando Challenge awaits me.
I really appreciate you helping me reach my target and your donations will help motivate me along the way!
