St Peter's Church is a hidden gem. Tucked away at the north end of the tiny village of Brampton, near Aylsham in Norfolk. It is one of the beautiful round-towered churches of Norfolk - its tower of flint and brick (and some re-used Roman tiles for good measure) was originally built around the Norman Conquest.

As a building and as a place of worship and celebration it is loved by those who live in or have a connection with the village as well as those who come across it by chance during a ramble in the lovely valley of the River Bure.

The Norfolk Churches Trust cycle ride gives us an opportunity to raise much-needed funds for the upkeep of the church and the many other lovely Norfolk Churches for which the NCT provides help.
