Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This will be my second time to endure 180km of the most beautiful scenery you will ever see in this country  while putting yourself through your paces.

So this time around I'm going to raise awareness and a little money for a cause close to my heart.For those who are unfortunate to be affected by Acquired Brain injurys. I myself have been affected by this, but was fortunate enough to have acquired injures that are minimal and very manageable.

Other though are less fortunate as me and the people at Headway Ireland do great work with supporting  these people effected .

Headway Provides much need rehabilitation services for people affected by ABI, including rehabilitative training, day rehabilitative services,  psychology, therapy and family support, information, outreach, community integration and employment services.

There are much needed support mechanism that are required for people with ABI's and their families, and every little helps.
