We are running this year's Men's Health 10K at Bellahouston Park in memory of our good friend Martin Ward and to raise funds for the Ardgowan Hospice in Greenock. 

Martin sadly passed away last December after bravely fighting a brain tumour for the last four years.  In the last few months of his life, Martin was looked after by the Nurses, Doctors, Staff and Volunteers of the Ardgowan Hospice in Greenock and we seen first hand the excellent service they provide not only to patients but the families too.
