Hi lads and ladies :)

Thank you sincerely for taking the time to visit this page.  I really, really appreciate it.

I am moving to Uganda, Africa at the end of Jan 2014 to volunteer with the charity Softpower Education.  I hope to stay there for approximately 6 months.  Maybe longer if all goes well :) 

I aim to spend my time with them working in a clinic for children with mild to profound disability completing and building therapy programmes, educating families and communities, developing seating systerms, adjusting wheelchairs, building awareness and helping to integrate diabled children in the village community life.

Softpower also have a section which works on refurbishing schools and teaching, so I hope to spend some time doing this work also.

All of the funds raised will be go directly to Softpower Education.
