Lyndale, based in Huyton, is a voluntary group and charity providing caring support in a homely and friendly environment, to help and support people affected by cancer, their families and friends.

My Mum attended, reluctantly at first, after it being recommended by the Pallaitive Care Consultant and has found it to be a wonderful place run by an amazing group  of dedicated volunteers. 

They provide emotional and practical support, complementary therapies, one – to one and group support sessions in a welcoming environment and are passionate about helping those affected by a diagnosis of cancer.

Lyndale is run solely by 40 volunteers who work tirelessly supporting people and making Lyndale such a very special place. If they began paying our volunteers the minimum wage the total wage bill would be almost £100,000 per year, but they are worth more than that and irreplaceable!
