Right, so here's the crack. 

Friday 2nd May to Monday 5th May 2014.

Every year a group of us undertake a daunting 4 day ultra run to raise money for CASPA a local organisation who provide help and support to Autistic children and young people. The money we raise is essential to the continuation of this charity and as well as funding the day to day stuff also enables specific projects to be planned.

This year’s money will help fund our “CASPA Enterprise” initiative who are working to aid the transition of  young people into employment. Skills are needed, ideas are needed, jobs are needed and money is needed!!

We are up for the challenge, so please give generously!! Less than 1 in 10 adults with Autism has a job...

From the Berkshire countryside to the heart of the city...

30k per day with a marathon (42k) on day three!!
