Story

Hi all :)

Do you know anyone who suffers from substance abuse?

Even if you don't, perhaps you'll help those similarly affected by sponsoring me for the following charity event. I'm cycling leg 5. It's a VERY fast sprint event, so I'm training hard!

There are 10 of us in the team and the minimum we need to raise is £500, so £50 per head is a pretty easy target. However, I'm aiming for £200.

Here's the info:

"Silkworth Lodge is the only residential rehabilitation treatment centre in the Channel Islands. It is a non-profit organisation, owned and administered by The Families in Recovery Trust, to support those with drug and alcohol dependency, together with their families."
